Cancellation by Guest
- Cancellations should be informed as early as possible through call or WhatsApp.
- If a booking is cancelled at least 24 hours before the check-in date, no cancellation charges may apply (subject to booking type).
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of check-in may not be eligible for a refund.
No-Show Policy
- If a guest does not arrive on the scheduled check-in date and does not inform us in advance, the booking will be treated as a no-show and no refund will be provided.
Early Check-Out
- In case of early check-out after check-in, refunds (if any) are subject to management discretion.
Changes to Booking
- Changes to booking dates or room type are subject to availability and must be requested in advance.
- Any difference in room tariff due to changes will be applicable.
Refunds
- If applicable, refunds will be processed through the original payment method or as mutually agreed.
- Refund timelines may vary depending on the mode of payment.
Management Rights
- Nandkam Rest House reserves the right to modify or cancel a booking due to unavoidable circumstances such as maintenance, safety, or other operational reasons. In such cases, guests will be informed in advance.
